This Privacy Policy outlines how MNG BizCard (the "App") handles user information. By using the App, the user ("User") agrees to this policy.

1. Data Collection

The App does not transmit or store business card data on any external server. All information is stored locally on the User’s device by default.

If the User voluntarily chooses to back up or export data using third-party services (e.g., iCloud, Dropbox, Google Drive), all data handling responsibilities lie solely with the User. The Development Team does not collect or manage this data.

2. Device Permissions

The App may request the following permissions:

• Camera: To scan business cards.
• Storage: To save card data and images.
• Biometric Authentication (optional): To secure access to the App.

These features operate locally on the device and no data is transmitted externally.

3. Data Security

The App offers optional encryption and biometric access controls. However, Users are solely responsible for the security and backup of their data.

If Users save data to external cloud platforms, they are encouraged to enable encryption and ensure the security of the storage environment. The Development Team cannot access, recover, or manage externally stored data, and shall not be held liable for any data loss or breach.

4. Optical Character Recognition (OCR)

The OCR function is provided for convenience to extract text from business cards using machine learning. Accuracy is not guaranteed. The Development Team is not responsible for any damage caused by incorrect OCR results.

5. Advertising and Tracking

The App includes banner advertisements via Google AdMob and affiliate links. These third-party services may automatically collect identifiers such as:

• Device ID / Advertising ID
• App usage data
• Cookies and location data (if permitted)

Users may disable personalized ads and reset their advertising ID through their device settings.

6. Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. If we discover that personal information from a child under 13 has been provided without parental consent, we will delete such data without delay.
