These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the MNG BizCard application ("App"). By installing or using the App, the user ("User") agrees to be bound by these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
This App is provided for personal use only. All rights are reserved by the MNG BizCard development team ("Development Team"). A paid Pro version may be offered in the future.
These Terms apply to all Users of the App.
The App is provided "as is" without any warranty. The Development Team is not liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to: software bugs, system failure, user error, data loss, or OCR inaccuracies. The OCR function is provided for convenience only, and we do not guarantee its accuracy or completeness.
All business card data is stored locally on the User’s device. The Development Team has no access to, and does not collect, retain, or restore any user data. Users are fully responsible for data backup and management.
Even in the Pro version, users may choose to store data in third-party cloud services (e.g., iCloud, Dropbox, Google Drive). In such cases, users are solely responsible for selecting secure storage options. The Development Team shall not be liable for any issues (leakage, loss, unauthorized access) related to those services.
If the User selects to store data using third-party cloud storage services (e.g., iCloud, Dropbox, Google Drive), the User assumes full responsibility for any data loss, leakage, or unauthorized access. The Development Team does not access or manage externally stored data and disclaims any liability arising from such services.
This App uses third-party advertising networks (e.g., Google AdMob) and affiliate links. These networks may automatically collect data such as device ID, advertising ID, app usage, and cookies for ad delivery and analytics.
Users may opt-out of personalized ads or reset their advertising ID via device settings. We are not responsible for the content or transactions on linked third-party services.
The Pro version will be sold as a one-time purchase through app stores. Optional donations are considered voluntary and non-refundable. Donations do not guarantee any service or feature.
Donations are considered voluntary contributions and do not constitute a contract for service provision. All donations are non-refundable, and no specific functionality or obligation is associated with the act of donation.
All rights, including copyrights and trademarks, related to the App belong to the Development Team.
We may revise these Terms without prior notice. Any significant changes will be announced on the official website. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be exclusively resolved in the Tokyo District Court, Japan.
In the event of any discrepancies between different language versions of these Terms, the Japanese version shall prevail.
